Forcing a Child to Wear a Mask is Both Immoral and Illegal

Many parents are alarmed and dismayed by schools introducing mandatory mask wearing and PCR/Lateral Flow testing for their children.

We have prepared a template letter for parents that can be downloaded and adapted for your particular school principal and for you and your child/children.

We hope that you will find this useful in protecting your family and please let us know how you get on.

If you have not received a satisfactory response from your school principal regarding face coverings and testing, this template will serve notice on them to answer all pertinent questions relating to health and safety and risk assessments.

The Lateral Flow Test Kit

Your child’s human rights are paramount and schools and education authorities are acting illegally by experimenting on your child. Don’t let this happen. This letter is valid for Northern Ireland. We will be posting the equivalent letter for the Republic of Ireland on this site very soon.

Analysis of the case may reveal some gaps in the law as we explain below.  READ MORE
